Some of our favourite Bespoke tours
The Abel / Betz Family contacted us early 2019. Jess was planning a tour to commemorate dad Denny’s 70th Birthday. Jess Specified that the party would like to ride the Gondola at Anoch Mor to view the Nevis Range, visit a distillery and finish with Seafood in Edinburgh. We agreed a route taking us through Loch Lomond and Trossachs national park, up through West Highlands cutting across the Great Glen and south towards Perthshire Highlands through the Kingdom of Fife and across the Firth of Forth. This day tour allowed us to add Loch Lubnaig, Rannoch Moor, Glencoe , the Glenturret Distillery the oldest in Scotland, the Perthshire Highlands and the Forth Rail Bridge to the Itinerary. It was an absolute pleasure for Bespoke to share this Special day with the family. Heres what they had to say…
Jes & Pam “Our wonderful Scotland Tour - Bespoke Tours Scotland took our trip wishlist and created a memorable experience for our family. The knowledge of Scottish history and culture brought the country to life as we witnessed the breath-taking scenery. Bespoke arrived on time with a bag full of Scottish snacks along with a birthday present for my dad's big birthday. The gift of a Quaich (Highland greeting cup) will be a lifelong reminder of the time our family spent together in the beautiful country of Scotland. When we return, Bespoke Tours will be in charge of our itinerary.”
Chandrakant of Mizunara Hong Kong planned a business/pleasure expedition of the Whisky regions of Scotland over a period of 4 days. The steer was simple, visit as many of the top distilleries within this period with some history and culture (we introduced the 3rd national drink, Buckfast to Mizunara) thrown in for good measure. We picked up direct from Glasgow Airport and set off for Speyside via our only Highland distillery Edradour. We spent the next two days touring various Distilleries on the Speyside Whisky trail including Macallan and Glenlivet. To break it up, Bespoke added Balvennie Castle, Elgin Cathedral and the Craigellachie Bridge (pictured above) to the itinerary. Our 4th day was an early 5am rise to drive from Speyside to Springbank Distillery, Campbelltown for 12 noon meet. Despite the rush we were able to take in some of the dramatic scenery of the West Highlands and beautiful Kintyre peninsula. To finish up Mizunara crossed to Islay to complete tour of the regions and Bespoke made arrangements to pick up from Kennacraig for transfer to Glasgow Airport. It was a pleasure to facilitate this tour for Mizunara and share the enthusiasm the group had for exploring Scotland, it was a true one of a kind tour!
Chandrakant - “A great experience in Scotland and we are extremely glad that we had Bespoke to take us around… We got an excellent perspective of the culture in Scotland from Bespoke throughout the drives/tours and your recommendations were perfect. And that buckfast wine and iron brew were just great! Thank you for introducing them to us.”
Janette and Brian wanted to revisit the destinations they remembered on holiday from childhood. This tour was completed over a number of days taking in most of the best the west coast and the north coastline of Scotland has to offer. Our partnering hotel’s, B&B’s and even camping was utilized. Highlight, camping at the beautifully secluded beach of Clachtoll on the North West coast of Scotland and of course fishing Loch Fad on the Island of Bute. Hunter’s “Wonderful to do something close to the NC500 but to design it around our family memories that would not be possible on a standard NC500 tour”. Brian, thanks for the fishing tips!
